Instead we dig into what is missing in your search, what you are failing at, and find the right path to bring you the optimal candidate.

Our service begins with a situational analysis to determine what the true issues are in failing to hire the right person. From that, we build an action plan and execute it. Everything we do is focused on the 6 second attention span. Does your job description effectively tell the job seeker what you are looking for in 6 seconds? Can a candidate portray in 6 seconds why they are a fit for you and why they want to work for you?

We typically submit only 4-5 candidates to find an acceptable hire for our clients and of course, our job is to show you in 6 seconds why you want to hire each candidate we submit. For this service, we charge a traditional 20% commission of the first-year base salary of the hired candidate.
